1. What happens if my order is missing or something is wrong with my purchase?
If you have an order with us and it went missing or there is something wrong with your product, please contact us here with your order number and we will respond to you as soon as possible to help solve the problem.
2. Can I check the status of my order?
Once you have completed your purchase on our website, you will promptly receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in it.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. Do You ship internationally?
We offer shipping services to customers located within the Canada and US. We understand that there is a demand for international shipping, and we are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities. If you would like to order our products and are outside of Canada or the Unites States, please feel free to contact us at email contact@lilacnaturalbeauty.com to discuss possibilities to do so.
2. How much time does it take for my order to be processed?
Our goal is to process, package, and ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, please note that during busy periods, it may take 3-5 business days for processing.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your convenience.
3. How much time should I expect for my package to be delivered after it has been shipped?
This time will depend on the delivery service. Once we process your order and provide it to the shipping company it is on their delivery schedule.
4. What is your returning policy?
Due to the nature of our ingredients, we cannot accept returns of our products. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we are more than happy to provide assistance to resolve the issue.
